The National Park Service, Zion National Park, Utah, has a need for 30
buses and 20 trailers for their new transportation system, which
should be implemented in 2000. The requirements are for a medium duty
transit-type bus and bus/trailer combination which, may be used for
both Zion "park" service and Springdale "town" transit service. The
park route will be served primarily by bus/trailer combination units
with all passengers seated. The town route will be served by single bus
units with both seated and standing passengers. Power units are
interchangeable for use on either "park" or "town" services routes. It
is intended for the widest possible spectrum of passengers, including
children, adults and elderly, and the disabled. We plan to use
alternative fuels either propane, CNG or LNG. For further information
