The requirement is to convert the CA-Optimizer CPU software license to a MIPS-based license at the DMC St Louis, MO. Start date is not later than 10 Nov 97, with a period of performance for the maintenance being 1 year. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 5 days of this announcement. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
