This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. this is a request for quotation (RFQ),solicitation number 98QS126. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular. Request for lodging for 125 people at single room occupancy also, includes lunch and dinner on 03- 4 Nov 97, and breakfast, and lunch, on 05 Nov 97. Use of 5 conference rooms: 2 large (able to accommodate 125 people), 3 small (need to accommodate 50 people) and conference room supplies. Use of audiovisual equipment e.i. wired microphone, flipchart package (with pad, markers, and tape), overhead projector package (with transparencies and markers), projection screen (house or tripod), whiteboard or blackboard with chalk. Coffee breaks: one coffee break with pastry in a.m. One break with sodas and cookies in the p.m. Use of recreational amenities. Hotel must be located within a 50 mile radius of the Pentagon.
