necessary to perform drydocking of the training ship Golden Bear. Ship
will be required to be towed from Vallejo, CA to contractor's
facility. Hull painting will be performed from the keel to the bulwark.
Regulatory body requirements include drydocking, tailshaft inspection,
rudder and pintle clearances, sea valve inspections, anchor chain
inspections, and tank inspections. The Marine Sanitation Device (MSD)
is to be upgraded to accommodate 350 persons. Other repairs to be
performed include repairs to the stern tube seal, doppler speed log
replacement, and Cathodic protection system inspection. Ship intends to
leave the contractor's facility under its own power. Any interested
firm may request a copy of the solicitation for work on this vessel and
all responsible offerors may submit bids which shall be considered by

for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
