The quantity of room days will be established in the solicitation. Lodging facilities shall be located within the Waikiki Area. A map of the exact location requirements will be provided in the solicitation. The minimum size of each room is 300 square feet. The approximate period of performance is 05 January 1998 through 22 May 1998. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, shall be incuded in the solicitation. This requirement is unrestricted, and will be solicited using commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12.
