This project consists of the Construction of one-two story building and one-three story building supporting a total of 50 units (50 two bedroom) with interior entrances to the individual units and a new service building. The living units consist of motel/hotel type units with bath, kitchen, sleeping, and living areas in each unit. The building will have a synthetic slate roof, brick exterior and central chilled water with high temperature hot water. Also included will be parking facilties, utilities, sand filters, access drivers, and landscaping. The two story TLF building is approximately 22,366 sf; the three story TLF is approximately 33,549 sf and the service building is approximately 1,575 sf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated construction $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. SIC No is 1522. Completion date is 310 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
