Cole (309) 782-8536 (Site Code DAAA08) PR 45-97, Location: Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, 61299-5000 Scope of Work: Furnish all Labor, Equipment, and Materials to complete the scope of work in strict accordance with the sketches and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following features: but not limited to these: 1. Remove vinyl flooring, 2. Remove existing carpet, 3. Remove existing cushion, 4. Furnish and install underlayment, 5. Furnish and install glue down carpet, 6. Furnish and install carpet and cushion, 7. Furnish and install vinyl flooring and cushion, 8. Minor painting of stone walls, 9. Move office partitions, 10. Motify doors, and 11. Move equipment and furnishings. The work will be organized as batch jobs initiated by delivery orders. The general outline of the principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform the work under the contract. The estimated magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Type of contract: Firm-Fixed Price Construction. The performance period is one year from date of award with one year option.
