The VA Medical Center, Louisville, Kentucky is issuing a solicitation for providing services including, but not limited to, delivery, setting up, installing, recovering, cleaning, sterlizing, minor repairs, storing and reissuing supplies and equipment and providing appropriate instructions on such DME use and/or operation. Services will be provided to VA beneficiaries and performed within the residences of beneficiaries under the jurisdictin of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Solicitations will be issued as a request for proposals. The period of performance will be a base year commencing December l, l998 with two (2) one year renewal options.
