Garcia (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council, Environmental Health Program, Moore Hall, Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, North Carolina 28723. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to conduct a two-day technical assistance workshop. This workshop shall assemble environmental health program directors/faculty, schools of public health, the Bureau of Health Professions, the CDC Center for Environmental Health and the Agency of Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, to strengthen academic training and practicum experiences for the existing and future environmental public health work force. The National Environmental health Science and Protection Accreditation Council, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services providing the required work and services.
