THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED USING SOFT METRIC MATERIALS. Roofs will be fully adhered single ply membranes. Exterior walls consist of load bearing concrete masonry units with split face block veneer. Interior partitions are a combination of steel stud and CMU. A separate energy plant will be constructed to provide hot and chilled water to the facility. Other site work includes utility extensions and connections, overhead and underground electrical service, new road to the site, walks, curb and gutter, and parking. Options will include additional parking, kitchen, laundry and food service equipment. A PREPROPOSAL MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR 2 DECEMBER 1997, 0900, AT THE FORT LEAVENWORTH POST THEATER, BUILDING 27.
