The pre-qualification process is completed as of 16 October 1997 for Master Agreements for the demolition of buildings, various areas, Oahu, Hawaii, has qualified the following nine (9) firms: BCP Construction of Hawaii, Inc.; Clauss Construction; Coralco Corp.; Ceres Environmental Services, Inc.; Earth Tech Inc; Fuel Oil Polishing Co. of Hawaii Inc.; North Pacific Construction, Inc.; RHS Lee, Inc.; and Tajiri Lumber Ltd. Proposals will be solicited from these qualified firms for future demolition work that are procured under this method. The Master Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years. Typical contract will be for demolition of buildings, and may include foundations, removal and disposal of hazardous materials, and restoring area to match existing. Contracts will be firm fixed-price and the award will be based on price only.
