The Naval Air Systems Command intends to solicit proposals under Procurement Request No. N00019-97 -- PZ-PT056 as a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement This procurement is for the Harpoon Captive Air Training Missile Mission Software Modification and Tactical Training Program for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
