On a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 12506 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, Florida 32825, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0178 to procure Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) pre-planned product improvements to include the design and manufacture of prototypes for the Array Processor and Ship's Motion Compensation product enhancements. Lockheed Martin Corporation is the sole source designer, developer, integrator and primary manufacturer of the CASS station and is the only firm with the knowledge, experience and technical data to meet the Government's requirements within the timeframes required.
