The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an order, on a sole source basis, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0178 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Information Systems (LMIS) for engineering technical services to verify the results of engineering studies, analysis, and demonstrations in support of Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support Systems (RT CASS). LMIS is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of CASS and is the only known firm with the experience, knowledge, and technical expertise to fulfill this requirement. See Note 22.
