Interested individuals may submit their capabilities and documentation, IN WRITING ONLY, to: Department of Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, Virginia Contracting Activity, ATTN: DAP-2/R.J. Law, P.O. Box 46563, Washington, DC 20050-6563. This is NOT a solicitation, and NO proposals are requested. The Defense Intelligence Agency has an immediate need for information concerning potential offerors who can successfully demonstrate the ability to produce a handbook on irregular warfare in the Central African region. The support required shall include research, writing, editing, and printing of a handbook on Central Africa, to include the areas of Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Congo-Brazzaville. Also to be included is an assessment of the armed factions, and the linguistic, religious, ethnic, economic, geopolitical, and external variables within the region. The period of performance shall not exceed twenty-three (23) months, should a funded contract requirement be issued. (0295)
