Jenkins, Contracting Officer, 202-324-5725 The FBI is planning the future release of a competitive small business set-aside, multiple award solicitation for information technology support services to include personnel and facilities to design, develop, maintain and enhance automated systems resident on mainframes, minicomputers, servers, and microcomputers. Sections B, C, H, J (including appendices), L, and M are available for industry review and comment through the FBI's Web Page. The web address to access the draft solicitation is WWW.FBI.GOV. It is anticipated that the FBI will make between five (5) to ten (10) contract awards from this single solicitation document. The contracts awarded will be Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Task Order contracts with provisions for firm-fixed price and cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders. Contractors awarded contracts will compete for future task orders issued by the FBI. The guaranteed minimum for each contract awarded shall total $500,000, as met through the issuance of one or more task orders within two years of contract award. Up to $10 million may be issued non-competitively per Contractor annually. The maximum dollar amount that may be awarded to all contractors during the 48 month contract period of the ITSP program is $98.5 million. Please forward industry comments through the FBI's Web Page.
