Falk, at (520) 228-4673 Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, service, and repair the newly constructed (built and commissioned in summer of 1997) Central Chilled Water Plant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Performance Work Statement at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. The basic contract period for this service is 01 February 1998 or date of award, which ever is later, through 30 September 1998 with four option years. The anticipated issue date for this procurement is 19 November 1997 and the anticipated closing date will be on or about 19 December 1997. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED and therefore open to all bidders regardless of business size. All interested businesses must request this package in writing.
