Perform on-site field review of appraisals of single family properties for the Detroit, Michigan HUD Office for the Geographic Area D -- Oakland County, Michigan from the award date for a one-year base period, with two one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order. The Contractor shall be a State licensed or certified appraiser. The reviews will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of properties. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531. See Numbered Note 1. The Size Standard of $1.5 million average annual receipts over the past three years includes revenues and commissions, not funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party. This procurement is being solicited usiing simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of this purchase order shall not exceed $100,000.
