CONTRACTS OVER $100,000.00 Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) requirements over $100,000 will be published in the CBD under the HQ U.S. Army Industrial Operations Command (IOC) beginning 1 Oct 97. The HQ IOC will solicit and award these requirements. PBA requirements under $100,000 will continue to be published in the CBD under PBA or via FACNET. PBA will solicit and award PBA requirements under $100,000.
