It is the intent of this soliciation to award and lease an 8,256 s.f. Main Office postal facility located in Portland, TN. It will be the successful offeror's responsibility to provide any and all improvements, whether on-site or off-site to meet DOT, county, and/or EPA requirements, including, but not limited to, acceleration/deceleration lanes, storm water, or other drainage and/or landscaping requirements. The USPS does not guarantee marketable title or site conditions. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment has been completed.
