NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 822-29335-710 for 4 each of a Pneumatic Masts Model No. TMD-7-42-467; 4 each of a Compressor Model No. TMD-C-267; and 4 each of a 2 Level/4 Way Guying Kits for the TMD-7-42-467 Mast Assembly. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Direction Technology, Inc., P. O. Box 911, Centerville, VA 20122-0911. These Pneumatic Mast must be able to installed internally in our command and Direction Technology, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this product. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. See Note 22.
