This synopsis is issued as the Contracting Officer's notice of intent to place an order with the firm of LHB Engineers and Architects, 21 West Superior Street, Suite 500, Duluth, MN 55802, for Construction Inspection Services of the project to "Repair Base Roads and Curbs" at the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard Base, Duluth, MN. The firm of LHB Engineers and Architects provided concept development and complete design of this project under their ID/IQ contract. This effort is required as follow-on work in order to complete the project. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures and under the simplified acquisition threshold. If after 15 days, no substantive correspondence is received, an order will be placed with LHB Engineers and Architects for the services described. (0296)
