Sampson Contracting Officer 503/326/3718 This acquisition is set-aside for eligible urban Indian organizations of Spokane, WA pursuant to the requirements of Public Law 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act . This requires a Board of Directors controlled by Indians which reside in the Spokane Urban area. Contractor shall provide primary health care services through an outpatient clinic located in the Spokane Urban area including outreach referal and health education services. The contract shall be a cost reimbursement contract including (4) one year options for renewal. Initial period of performance will be February 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998.
