The period of performance is contemplated for one base contract year and four one-year options under an Indefinite Quantity contract wherein work is performed under issued task orders. This is a Section 8(a) Set-Aside competitive procurement. All offerors must provide the Section 8(a) Set-Aside certification, respectively. Tasks include program and financial analysis, accounting and financial reporting, performing claim reviews and follow-up claim reviews, maintenance of loan portfolios, front-end risk analysis of new or substantially revised programs or administrative functions to reduce waste, fraud, abuse and mismanagement, and the following support services: Accounting, insurance, program, administrative, and automated systems.
