This system will impose liens on individuals to encourage payment of child support arrearage. ACF requires services to develop expertise and provide training and technical assistance on the use of liens; collect, automate, compile and disseminate information; perform outreach to affected interest groups and produce reports on the strategies needed to enact and implement liens. The anticipated period of performance is nine (9) months. This requirement is being set-aside for small business concerns. Interested parties should request RFP 105-98-8300. The anticipated RFP release date is November 18, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. All requests for RFP must be submitted in writing.
