R -- UADPS ANALYST SERVICES DUE 111097 POC Amy Evans (360)476-0267 The Navy is interested in information regarding an offerors capability to perform Systems Analyst services fulfilling the following requirements: (1) Concepts and techniques of systems analysis, problem identification and resolution, and implementation project management, as they relate the Navy automated supply and financial system for stock points (UADPS Release 2 (U2)). (2) Specific experience in financial applications E and F. (3) Research solutions to complex problems involving applications interfacing, including U2, and crossing functional and technical areas. (4) Troubleshooting problems, isolating significant details and identifying patterns and trends in large volumes of data as they relate to systems applications. (5) Oral and written communication skills necessary to produce reports and technical documentation. (6) Management of complex projects to meet tight schedules and balance of multiple conflicting priorities.
