King The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Okinawa, Japan, intents to issue a sole source Simplified Acquisition in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR part 13, to Nation Advancement Corporation, 2730-J South Harbor, Santa Ana, CA 92704, for Advance Personal Computer repair course, Printer repair course and Monitor repair course. Each course will be conducted on Okinawa, Japan during the period covering November 10, 1997 through November 21, 1997. The Contractor shall provide all course materials, all shipping cost for the materials to and from Okinawa, Japan, all room and board, all travel expenses for each instructor. The Contractor shall provide all required training and lab software, student handouts, students manuals, instructor's manuals for each course, and a certification document for each student upon completion of each course. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. ***** (0296)
