Work to include the following: Replace stairwell doors; Replace handrails; Relocate cabinet unit heaters; Install door closers; Relocate and install new exit signs; Install gypsum board ceiling in one elevator shaft; Provide new electronic air pressure monitoring systems; Provide emergency shutdown, controls, & alarms for chiller/refrigerant systems; Replace fire dampers; Remove elevators; New heating units in generator room; New electrical service to temperature control panels; Provide as-built drawings on AutoCad R12 or R13.
