Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to procure Two (2) Hydro-Pneumatic Fenders with following dimensions/specifications: Outside diameter of 13.5 ft; Outside length of 30 ft; Internal pressure of 7.1 psi; Skin thickness of 1.54 in; Counter weights: 23,000 lbs and 2.5 ft X 5 ft; Guy chain with 1.25 in bolt-type safety anchor shackles on each end: 1 in X 25 ft long and furnished with 4 in diameter neoprene hose protection sleeves (2 guy chains per fender); Hanging chain: 1.5 in stud link anchor chain X 55 ft long. All hardware will be hot-dipped galvanized. FOB Destination to Pearl Harbor, HI. The type of contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for commercial items.
