Both technical and cost proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM EST, November 13, 1997, at Wright Laboratory, ATTN: Donald W. Proposal receipt after the cutoff date and time specified herein shall be treated in accordance with restrictions of FAR 52.215-10, "Late Submissions, Modifications and Withdrawals of Proposal," (JUL 1995). Proposals must comply with the proposal preparation instructions contained in the referenced BAA and Program Information Package (PIP) and include the White Paper control number assigned in our letter of 30 Sep 1997. Please ensure that the cost breakdowns are segregated by task.
