The VA Medical Center, Denver, Colorado is seeking a professional Architectural Engineering and Interior Design services needed to produce a complete construction package, to include working drawings, specifications and other data required to construct a 3 story addition on the E-wing. This job is to include but not limited to exterior design considerations, HVAC sizing, duct work, electrical system capacities, plumbing extensions and vertical transportation for each floor and structural analysis and roofing. Exterior wall treatments and window systems shall be included. Reviews will occur at the 35% and 55% and 95% stages of design development and construction document preparation. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Emerging Small Business, Standard Industrial Code 8712.
