The period of performance shall be from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998. This requirement is for on-line electronic retrieval from databases with full access to the following: Basic Congressional Service, Bills, Schedules, Congressional Record, Committee Reports, Votes & Voting Analysis, Congressional Staff Directory, ZIP Codes Directory, Mailing Labels to Members, UPDATE Report Service, Basic Federal Register Service, Documents, Update Report Service, Current USC Service (all 50 Titles), LEGI-SLATE News Services, Markup Reports, Bill Overviews & Outlooks, CDFR Daily CFR Service and Congressional Quarterly Index. Legislative databases include access to case law, administrative decisions, statutes, regulations, law reviews and specialty publications. Legi-Slate provides a customized tracking system that is kept current with all actions in Congress. No solicitation is available, therefore interested firms must submit clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement including technical and pricing data.
