DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construct of Temporary Lodgind Facilities at Seymour Johnson AFB, Georgia. The project will provide two (2) two-story buildings of approximately 18,910 square feet (1756.5 square meters) per building of Air Force Temporary Lodging Facilities. In addition, one service building of 1575 square feet (146.3 square meters) will be constructed on the site. The building construction consists of a residential wood frame structure, brick veneer exterior walls, concrete slab on grade foundation and metal standing seam roof. Also included will be parking facilities, utilities, access drives and landscaping. The procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated range is $1,000,000.00 to $ 5,000,000.00 dollars. SIC No. is 1522.
