This project consists of the Construction of one two-story building and one three-story building supporting a total of 50 units (50 two bedroom) with interior entrances to the individual units and a new service building. The living units consist of motel/hotel type units with bath, kitchen, sleeping, and living areas in each unit. The building will have a synthetic slate roof, brick exterior and central chilled water with high temperature hot water. Also included will be parking facilties, utilities, sand filters, access drivers, and landscaping. The two-story TLF building is approximately 22,366 sf; the three-story TLF is approximately 33,549 sf and the service building is approximately 1,575 sf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated construction $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00. SIC No is 1522. Completion date is 310 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
