This project consists of the construction of three one-story International Style buildings, one approximately 5,330 square feet and two of approximately 4,984 square feet each of Air Force Temporary Lodging Facilities. In addition, one International Style service building of approximately 1,218 square feet will be constructed on the site. The building construction consists of a residential wood frame structure, brick, Till wood siding, and glass exterior walls, concrete slab on grade foundation and modified bitumen built-up flat roof. Also included will be parking facilities, utilities, air cooled chiller, access drives, and landscaping. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Estimated construction costs are between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The SIC Code is No. 1522. Completion date is 310 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about November 7, 1997. Bid opening will be on or about December 9, 1997 at 3:30 P.M. Local Time and 2:30 P.M. Omaha Time.
