17 -- PIONEER DATA CONTROL MODULE SOL N00019-95-G-0203 POC Karen Perkins, (301) 757-5909 or Warren Riedell, Contracting Officer, (301) 757-5899 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a delivery order to Pioneer UAV, Incorporated (PUI) under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-95-G-0203 for the development and fabrication of the Tactical Control System (TCS) Pioneer Data Control Module (PiDCM). The PiDCM will provide interface between the Pioneer UAV system and the TCS for control of the Pioneer Air Vehicle and its payloads.
