This action was originally publicized in the Commerce Business Daily as an unrestricted action and is now corrected to be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. As such numbered Note 1 is applicable to this requirement. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3483 and the size standard is 1,500 employees or less. The Navy requires 50,000 each Fuse Cap Protectors, Mark IV Model 0. These Fuse Caps will be manufactured in accordance with Military Specification MIL-C-18636A(OS), NAVSEA Drawing 10001- 437782, Supplemental Quality Assurance Provision SQAP 402-002 and other Quality Assurance Provisions. This is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract. The shipping terms will be F.O.B. destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN, with final inspection and acceptance at Origin. The Solicitation will contain two lots. Lot I will include initial production quantities that will require acceptance of 15 units by the Government prior to manufacturing the production quantity. Lot II will not include initial production quantity, lot II will be applicable if the offeror is able to show that he has manufactured acceptable identical items in the past. The delivery schedule is 60 days after contract for initial production units and 60 days for the first 10,000 production units and 10,000 units each 30 days thereafter.
