The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD0 Patuxent River, MD is conducting a market survey of Anti-G suit manufacturers for the purpose of ascertaining the availability, order lead time, quality assurance, support, documentation and cost of manufacture for single unit orders. This request is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Currently, Navy pilots who do not receive a proper fit in stocked sizes must have the Anti-G suit altered in accordance with authorized procedures. Alterations are limited and do not always solve fitting problems. Any company interested in responding should include in their response: 1) lead time, cost and ordering information, 2) testing capabilities, and 3) experience in producing and proof testing inflatables and sewn products.
