The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) has a requirement for information technology services in three support areas; project management planning and acquisition support, software development and technical support services, and independent software testing services. Project management planning and acquisition support includes but is not limited to preparation of mission needs statements, requirements analysis, alternatives analysis, RFP development, technical and cost evaluation support, and testing and benchmarks. Software development and technical support includes but it not limited to information engineering, rapid application development, reverse engineering, Integrated Computer Assisted Software Engineering (I-CASE) tools, object oriented design, structured design, and programming. Independent testing will include but is not limited to writing software test specifications, participating in execution of software tests, documenting software test results, and developing test practices and processes. The AOUSC anticipates multiple awards under each of the three support areas. Offerors will be permitted to propose on one, two, or all three of the support areas. The proposed contract(s) will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity with firm fixed labor rates. The contracts will be awarded for a base year with four one year options.
