This procurement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and will be a negotiated, technically acceptable low cost acquisition. The initial award will be for a two-month mobilization period followed by four (4) one-year options, an eight (8) month option and a two-month transition option. Mobilization Date is 01 August 1998 and Contractor Support Date (CSD) is 01 October 1998. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) N61339-97-R-0043 will be posted to the INTERNET on or about 5 December 1997.
