Service intends to procure the following requirement, as a sole source
acquisition from Landis & Staefa, Inc.: Technical Support Program for
Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC). Technical Support Program will
assure DDC System is properly & efficiently maintained while developing
expert ANMC staff who will be able to take over operation & maintenance
in the future. Landis & Staefa, Inc will provide ANMC with the
following as part of the Technical Support Program offering: Building
Automation & Control System: 1) System 600 Software & Firmware
Upgrades: Two (2) Additional Insight Workstations (Year 1), Upgrade of
Insight 2.X to Apogee Insight 3.1 (Year 1), Site Licensing Agreement
for Insight 3.1 (Year 1), Insight PC Software Upgrades for 3 Operator
Workstation (Years 2-5), & MBC Controller Board Upgrade to Apogee Open
Processors (19 MBCs, Year 1), Field Panel Firmware Upgrades for 19
MBCs & 6 Gateway Modules (Years 2-5); 2) System Performance Services;
On-Line/On-site Services: On-line Systems Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
(12 hours per year), Annual Field panel database diagnostics, Control
loop evaluation & tuning (150 control loops per year), Quarterly
Network Trunk Analysis & Diagnostics, Semi-Annual LAN Analysis &
Diagnostics, Insight Graphics Creation (40 hours per year), & On-Site
Operator Training & Software Consultation (96 hours per year); 3)
Factory-Certified, Formal Classroom Training: Forty-eight (48) Training
Class-days per Year; 4) Emergency Response Services: Standard Response
Window, On-Site Critical Spares Parts Inventory, Two Hour On-Line
Response (via modem), & Next Day Business Day On-Site Response; 5)
Discounted Labor & Material; & 6) System Performance Services; Review
& Evaluation: Account Management, Documentation of All Services
Provided & Quality Assurance Program. The closing date will be Tuesday,
