TRAINING AND TEST RANGES: OSD POLICY FORUM FOR GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY Training and Test Ranges: A Partnership for the 21st Century. The United States is blessed with a tremendous variety of air, land, sea, and undersea training and test range resources. As the 21st Century approaches, competition for use of those ranges will increase and pressures from the public and private sectors to justify their existence will continue to mount. This event provides an opportunity for representatives from all services to discuss their service unique range requirements and to openly discuss OSD policy issues with key DOD officials. Important issues such as environmental policy, air space regulatory matters, and land use imperatives will be discussed. As these issues are resolved, all companies and individuals involved in the training and test business will ultimately be affected. Do not miss this important event.
