INVITATION TO GSA'S ENERGY ROUNDTABLE TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 8, 1997 IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS. GSA INVITES YOU TO AN ENERGY ROUNDTABLE The General Services Administration invites you to an Energy Roundtable on December 8, 1997, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. GSA encourages the attendance of utility contractors, energy contractors, ESCOS, energy end users, other Government Agencies, and anyone interested in the field of energy contracting. Legislation has directed Federal agencies to improve energy management in their facilities and operations and has required each agency to achieve reductions in energy consumption in its Federal Buildings. The roundtable is being presented to share ideas, success stories, lessons learned and to introduce and discuss the future of utilizing innovative financing and contractual mechanisms to meet the Federal Government's energy reduction goals. There will be discussions regarding the use of Energy Savings Performance Contracting, where the Federal Government is going in this direction, and what the goals are forthe future.
