The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate with B.F. Goodrich for the procurement of ten (10) TCAS systems which will be installed by Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation on the VH-60N and VH-3D Helicopters. NAVAIR has previously procured B.F. Goodrich manufactured TCAS systems for VH-60N Helicopter; this procurement will comprise the last lot of TCAS systems required for the Executive Helicopter. The B. F. Goodrich manufactured TCAS is the only known system which is form, fit and functionally compatble with previously procured TCAS systems which are approved for installation of the VH-60N helcopter.
