42 -- NON-DEVELOPMENTAL, PORTABLE, HIGH PRESSURE BREATHING AIR COMPRESSOR (4500 PSI) TO FILL BREATHING AIR CYLINDERS USED WITH OPEN-CIRCUIT SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS FOR FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT POC Contact, Evelyn Lamendola, 703/602-8200/Contracting Officer, Thomas Bikowski, 703/602-8200 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) will be procuring a non-developmental, portable, High Pressure Breathing Air Compressor (HPBAC) (4500 psi) to fill breathing air cylinders used with open-circuit self-contained breathing apparatus for fire fighting equipment using one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements(s) (BPA) under existing General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Multiple Award contracts. The HPBAC is in the Federal Supply Class (FSC) Group 42, Part I, Section B, of the GSA FSS. The estimated order quantity for a five year BPA is 1,000 HPBACs.
