This announcement constitutes the only solication; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solication document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line item: Hardware maintenance on the PROLOG System, Period of Performance is 18 November 1997 through 17 November 1998 at 74 MDSS/SGSLA (Med Center) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, shall be included with any offer, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. WPAFB intends to award to Wang Federal Inc, 7900 Westpark Drive, McLean, VA 22102. Closing date: 14 Nov 97. The approximate issue/response date will be 27 Oct 97. The anticipated award date will be 18 Nov 97. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests.
