CPFF IDIQ services contract to support TRIDENT submarine combat control
systems (CCS). Tasks include: (1)System Level maintenance for Command
and Control System (CCS) hardware and software. (2) Single point of
contact and coordination for all CCS matters and CCS support teams at
Subase Bangor and Subase Kings Bay for:Subase Bangor, TRIREFFAC Bangor,
TRITRAFAC Bangor, Subase Kings Bay TRIREFFAC Kings Bay, TRITRAFAC Kings
Bay, Local submarine squadrons (SSN and SSBN)SP205,NAVSEA, CCS
Participating Managers (PARMs), Logistic Element Managers (LEMs), and
Submarine force Atlantic and Pacific fleets. (3) Liaison to the
submarine commanders and operational staffs in the areas of system
level maintenance, problem reporting and resolution, modification
planning and configuration management. (4) Maintenance of CCS
documentation. (5) Site Management of CCS Problem Reporting Systems
(e.g. TCPRS). (6) Management of tactical and nontactical systems
problems reported as TCPRs, 2 Kilos, etc. (7) Support ofthe submarine
security program with data analysis and reduction for system and
subsystem level life cycle data as well as trend and operations
analyses for system level effectiveness. (8) Planning, coordinating,
logistic support, configuration control, and verification of logistic
and technical changes installed in support of the modernization
program. (9)Support of pre-deployment exercises including sea trials,
PSA, DASO exercises, casualty procedures and crew training.
Approximately 440,000 manhours may be required over the contract term.
Skills required include: Program Manager, Analyst, Engineer,
Configuration Management Specialist, Inetegrated Logistics Support
Specialist, Library Technician and Word Processor. Contractor will use
government facilities in Bangor WA and Kings Bay GA. (Effort is
similar in each site.) Incumbent is TSM Corp (small) of Barlett, TN.
