Taylor,Contract Specialist, (757) 441-6888 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alden Electronics, Inc. to provide labor and material for International Flight Documentation Services. The Government is currently evaluating proposals for a national contract for the above services. It's anticipated that a contract will be placed within the next six (6) months. Therefore,the proposed contract is an intrim contract for a base period of two (2) months with an option to extend the period of performance for two (2) additional periods of two (2) months each. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Alden Electronics, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days from the date of this synopsis.
