Roach, Contract Specialist (301) 757-9071 The NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER, AIRCRAFT DIVISION, PATUXENT RIVER, has a requirement for the procurement of Advisory and Assistance Services in support of the Tactical Automated Mission Planning System (PMA-233). These services include, but are not limited to: analysis of engineering and technical systems, and management support. The period of performance shall commence on or about 24 January 1998 and will consist of a base year of 12 months with a 6 month option period. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, the Government shall negotiate an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract on a sole source basis with Brandes Associates Incorporated (BAI) 1417 Crestline Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. BAI has supported the TAMPS program since 1992 and has the resident program management expertise and technical knowledge necessary to provide the continuation of services and ensure there will be no service degradation in the support of several critical milestones and events.
