The scope of work includes but is not limited to transcription of dictation of compensation and pension examinations into the VA Medical Center (DHCP) computer system. All prospective offerors shall have the capability to program their systems to download to our computer system. All costs for programming and access shall be the responsibility of the contractor, not the VA.
